Calibrated against real senior practitioners.

The role-template catalog ships with practitioner-consensus calibration — for each of the 8-15 roles at release, ~10 senior and ~10 mid-level practitioners completed the full assessment to establish the calibration. The "ready" threshold is anchored in actual senior practitioners, not theoretical job descriptions. Promotion-outcome validation is in progress — building from the v1 cohort over 18-36 months.
