What traditional assessment sees

Traditional assessment is often efficient for checking recall, accuracy, or final performance. The limitation is that it may not show how the learner arrived there.

What process-based assessment adds

Process evidence can include planning, explanation, revision, source judgment, AI-use transparency, and transfer across related scenarios.

How to use both

QLM does not require abandoning all traditional checks. The stronger approach is to add process evidence where final output is too weak or too easy to fake.
