Frequently asked questions

How many ambassadors per school? +
2–3 per high school. We want ambassadors to have meaningful reach, not compete with each other at the same school.
What do I need to do to keep my Premium access? +
Stay active: bring in at least 5 new signups per month. That’s about one classmate per week. If you drop below for a month, we’ll reach out before making any changes.
Can I be an ambassador if I’m already on a free plan? +
Yes. You don’t need to be an existing user. Once accepted, you’ll get a Premium account immediately.
What if my school already has ambassadors? +
If your school already has 2–3 ambassadors, we’ll add you to the waitlist. When a spot opens (end of semester or if someone goes inactive), you’ll be first in line.
How long does the program last? +
Semester-based. You can renew each semester as long as you’re meeting the activity minimum. Graduating seniors can stay through the end of their final semester.
Do I need to be a certain age? +
You must be a current high school student (grades 9–12). If you’re under 13, we’ll need parental consent.
